Through the years Heisterkamp has developed an own concept that grew out to be the big strength of the company: trailer trucking. The principle of trailer trucking is as logical as it is efficient: our customer, the forwarding (freight) agent, solely takes care of his core business: the load factor of his trailers and the accompanying freight flow. Heisterkamp makes sure that those goods are delivered at the right time and the right place.

Heisterkamp solely provides the tires, which means, the trucks and driver and when requested a trailer. Heisterkamp never accepts loads itself; we leave that up to our customers. The great advantage for our client is, that he can fully focus on his core-business. Subsequent advantage for our client is, that he does not have to invest in materials or drivers, since Heisterkamp takes care of everything.

Naturally, our customer is not obliged to let our truck run the entire week. Heisterkamp offers you the possibility to end a trip at any time of the day, on every day, at one of our changing stations. This changing station does not necessarily have to be the same station as where we have started the trip. Your costs will end as soon as the trip has ended.

Because of Heisterkamp's flexibility we can arrange new drivers or a new car, as soon as problems occur, so your transport does not have to suffer from time-loss in any way. The trucking concept has been perfectioned by making strategic choices in opening new offices. Because of the favorable positioning of our offices and changing stations Heisterkamp is capable, by changing drivers and/or vehicles, to provide you with non-stop trucking services.

The offices are located at strategic chosen locations, so every driver has enough time to drive from one office to another without having to make his rest. At every office another driver waits to complete the trip. The strength of this concept is that we can deliver faster. Subsequent advantage for our employer is a higher profit and load factor for his trailer thanks to the fast delivery times.
